We normally ship your order within 1-2 days, which is included in the delivery time above. If your order is urgent, let us know and we’ll do our best to get it in the post on the same day. Occasionally, it can take up to two weeks to ship your order – we will let you know if this happens.

Christmas post dates

All UK orders placed by Wednesday 13th December will arrive in time for Christmas. Some items can be posted as late as Tuesday 19th December 2017, please ask us.

Wrong size?

Please check each t-shirt size carefully before ordering!  If you ordered the wrong size, email us within 14 days of receiving your t-shirt. Let us know which size you want to exchange it for, and we will check our stock. You will need to pay the postage cost to return the original item to us, and we will send out the replacement to you for free. The original item needs to arrive back to us in resalable condition, and that decision is ours. We can only exchange items if you are within the UK and EU.

Returns & cancelling your order

If you are in the UK and EU, you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to cancel the order. You will need to pay to return the item(s) to us, and as long as it arrives back in resalable condition, we will refund you the original cost of the item(s).

Customers from the rest of the world cannot exchange or refund your order, but you can of course return any item which is faulty within 30 days of receiving it. You will need to pay for returning the item to us, then within 14 days we will refund the original cost and the return postage cost. Please do contact us first before sending anything back to us.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or getting a proof of postage from the Post Office as all items remains your responsibility until we receive them.
